Add-ons¶
Add-ons attach to any active subscription and are billed alongside the base plan.
Bot Builder — $200/month¶
Visual flow builder + n8n deployment, AI intent classification, RAG node, voice agent, universal channel compatibility.
Call Intelligence — $38 / agent / month (billed annually)¶
AI-powered call recording, transcription (150 hours / month included), task automation, WhatsApp automation engine, dashboard & mobile app access. Includes 5 manager seats. Billed per agent.
AI Re-Engagement — $20 / organization / month¶
Automatically re-opens Messenger and Instagram conversations with AI-generated nudges before Meta's 24-hour window closes. 7-day free trial; BYOK Gemini supported. Enable in Settings → AI & Automation → AI Re-Engagement.
SLA Monitoring — $20 / organization / month¶
Per-channel SLA timers, business-hours awareness, auto-escalation to team admins, and the SLA Breached tag. Enable in Settings → Inbox & Messaging → SLA & Escalation.
Managing your subscription¶
Plans and add-ons are billed through Stripe. Manage everything from Settings → Profile → Subscription: change plan, add or remove add-ons, update your payment method, and view invoices via the Stripe customer portal.
