4. Support — warm reminder before SLA breach

Persona: Customer who reported an issue, support replied, customer never confirmed resolution. Trigger: 21h, conversation status awaiting_customer. Sample draft:

Expected uplift: Fewer reopened tickets, higher CSAT.


5. Sequence safety-net on Meta

Persona: Contact mid-way through a Messenger drip sequence who stopped responding. Trigger: Sequence step pauses inside 24h window. Sample draft:
