Interface Language¶
Overview¶
ConnectGain's screens, menus, buttons and messages can be shown in your own language. Pick one and the whole interface follows — the sidebar, the inbox, the bot flow builder, dialogs and the warnings that appear while you work.
Your choice applies to you alone. Changing it does not change what your teammates see, and it does not change the language your customers are answered in — bot flows decide that for themselves. See Multilingual Bot Flows for replying to each customer in their own language.
Changing your language¶
- Look for the globe button in the top bar, to the right of the page title.
- Click it. The menu lists every available language in its own script.
- Click the one you want. The interface changes straight away, with no reload and no need to sign out — a tick marks the one in use.
The choice is remembered in that browser, so you land in the same language next time. On a new browser, phone or incognito window, ConnectGain starts in the language your browser asks for, and falls back to English if it is not one we have.
Available languages¶
| English | Français (French) | Deutsch (German) |
| العربية (Arabic) | Español (Spanish) | Português (Portuguese) |
| Português (Brasil) | हिन्दी (Hindi) | اردو (Urdu) |
| 中文 (Chinese) | 日本語 (Japanese) | 한국어 (Korean) |
| Türkçe (Turkish) | Русский (Russian) |
Right-to-left languages¶
Choose العربية or اردو and the layout mirrors: the sidebar moves to the right, text aligns from the right, and icons, arrows and progress read in that direction too. Numbers, dates and anything you have typed yourself — contact names, notes, message text — are left exactly as they are.
What stays in its original language¶
Switching your interface language does not translate the content in your account. These stay as they were written:
- Messages you and your customers have sent, and your notes and replies
- Contact, company, deal, product and task names you entered
- Saved replies and WhatsApp templates, including the ones Meta approved
- Names you gave your bot flows, sequences, campaigns and tags
If something still shows in English¶
A screen that is new, or a corner of the product that has not been translated into your language yet, falls back to English rather than showing you a blank space or a raw label. Nothing is broken, and the rest of the page stays in your language. Tell support which screen it was and we will add it.
