Partner Program

Overview

The partner program is for agencies, resellers, freelancers and consultants who bring ConnectGain to their own clients and manage those client organizations from one place. Partners don't belong to any single organization — they get their own partner dashboard instead.

On this page: Applying · Approval or rejection · Signing in · Your partner dashboard · Partner tier · Registering a deal

Applying

Apply at /partner-apply — no ConnectGain account is needed first. The form asks for:

  • Company name, your name, email and phone
  • Website (optional)
  • Country
  • Business type — agency, reseller, freelancer/consultant, or other
  • Expected number of customers you'd bring in per month
  • Anything else you'd like us to know (optional)

Submit it and you'll see a confirmation that your application was received. You'll get an email either way once it's reviewed.

Approval or rejection

Every application is reviewed by a ConnectGain billing administrator. You're emailed the outcome:

  • Approved — you get an email to activate your new partner account (or, if you already had a ConnectGain login with that email address, a notice that you now have partner access). Sign in and you're taken straight to your partner dashboard.
  • Rejected — you get an email letting you know, with a reason if the reviewer added one. You're welcome to apply again later if your circumstances change.

Signing in

Partners sign in at /auth?portal=partner — the same sign-in form as everyone else, just labeled for partners, with a link back to the regular customer sign-in and a link to apply if you haven't yet. Once you're signed in, you're taken straight to your partner dashboard rather than a regular organization.

Your partner dashboard

Your dashboard at /distributor is where you:

  • Create affiliate organizations — give a new client's organization name and owner email (and, optionally, their team's emails) and ConnectGain provisions the organization and sends the invitations
  • See every affiliate organization you've brought in, when it was created, and whether it's currently suspended
  • See your partner tier and how close you are to the next one
  • Register deals you're working before you close them

Partner tier

Your tier — Bronze, Silver or Gold — is based on how many affiliate organizations you've brought in, and is shown on your dashboard along with how many more you need to reach the next tier. Tiers are informational today; they don't yet change pricing or commission.

Registering a deal

If you're working a prospect and want to lock in that you brought them in before they sign up, register the deal from your dashboard with the prospect's company name, contact details and any notes. A registration holds for 90 days. A billing administrator reviews and approves or rejects each registration.
